- The first two workstreams are chosen from the ranked backlog with you before build starts.
The minimum
3-month minimum on the monthly plan.
The 3-month minimum covers discovery, two live workstreams and the next period’s backlog. Changing tier happens at a monthly boundary, and your minimum carries over.

What happens if the AI gives bad results?
Each workstream has its own engineer, who checks every output against the baseline before it goes live. A wrong result is fixed inside the same week’s hours, and you see the change first.
Can we cancel?
Yes, once the 3-month minimum has passed. Workstreams in progress are closed out in a final report.
Who owns the code?
You do. Code and configuration for each workstream go into your repository as they are built, with a runbook per workstream.
Do you work at our office?
Not by default. Scale Pod works remotely with each department. An on-site session can be scheduled during onboarding if your team needs one.
