Terms of Service

By licensing and utilizing the VectorOS platform, including all modules, CRM sync webhooks, edge voice response systems, and customized deployments developed by MensAgentic, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.

All source code, algorithms, custom modules, configurations, integration middleware, and any derivative work developed under any project engagement remain the exclusive intellectual property of MensAgentic.

MensAgentic retains all patent rights, copyrights, trade secrets, trademarks, and design parameters relating to the platform ecosystem. No title or ownership rights transfer to the client under any circumstances.

Clients receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual, royalty-free license to execute and operate the deployed platform instance solely for internal business operations.

Sublicensing, modification, copying, reverse-engineering, or redistribution of the software or components is strictly forbidden.

The client agrees to maintain active hosting subscriptions, Twilio SIP bindings, and API token subscriptions required for low-latency answering networks. Monthly platform maintenance support packages are governed by individual client service agreements.
