P01
Pilot Pod
Test one workflow with two engineers before you commit to more.
$9,500 / month
Who it is for: A business with one costly process and a need to see measured results before it expands the scope.
Week by week
What you receive over the minimum
Week 1
Kickoff and discovery
A written map of the chosen workflow, the systems it touches, and a measured baseline of how long it takes today.
Weeks 2-4
Build the first version
A working version of the workflow in a test environment, demonstrated to your team every week.
Weeks 5-8
Run it with your team
Live use on real work, fixes shipped as they are found, and a weekly results report.
Weeks 9-13
Harden and hand over
A runbook your staff can follow, and a written recommendation to extend the scope or stop.
Where the hours go
20 hours a week, itemized
4 h
Discovery and workflow mapping
Two working sessions to map the chosen process step by step, the inputs it uses and the output it must produce.
10 h
Build and configure
The automation or AI agent for that one workflow, connected to the systems you already use.
4 h
Testing and review
Real examples from your team, each output checked against the baseline agreed in week one.
2 h
Weekly review call
A call with your account owner each week: what changed, what it saved, what comes next.
Who shows up
Two engineers assigned. One leads your workflow day to day. The second reviews every change before it ships and covers when the first is unavailable.
Onboarding
- One kickoff session and access to the single system the workflow needs.
- The workflow is chosen on the first call, not later.
- Nothing else is set up unless you choose to extend the scope.
The minimum
3-month minimum on the monthly plan.
The 3-month minimum covers the full cycle above, from discovery to handover. After it, the plan is monthly.
Where it sits in the range
Step up
Scale Pod adds 10 hours a week and runs two workstreams in parallel, one per engineer, instead of one workflow at a time. It also includes VoiceShift and AdSentry.
See Scale Pod →Questions buyers ask
What happens if the AI gives bad results?
Your engineer checks every output against the baseline from week one before anything goes live. A wrong result is fixed inside the same week’s hours, and you see the change before it is used.
Can we cancel?
Yes, once the 3-month minimum has passed. Cancelling the monthly plan stops further charges.
Who owns the code?
You do. Code, configuration and the runbook for your workflow are delivered to your repository as they are built.
Do you work at our office?
No. Pilot Pod runs remotely through a shared channel and a weekly call. On-site time is not part of this plan.
