Embedded Pod
A full-time AI team that works inside your company every week.
$17,500 / month
Who it is for: An organization that wants AI work as an ongoing function with its own queue, not a one-off project.
Week by week
What you receive over the minimum
Weeks 1-2
Onboarding inside your organization
Access to your systems, a standing channel with your team, discovery across every department in scope, and a measured baseline.
Weeks 3-8
Build from a shared queue
A continuous queue of workflows, built and demonstrated weekly, with priorities set by your leadership.
Weeks 9-13
Run and improve
Live systems monitored, a weekly change review with your staff, and a plan for the next period.
After week 13
Stays embedded
The team continues month to month, and the queue carries on from where the minimum ends.
Where the hours go
40 hours a week, itemized
6 h
Organization-wide discovery
Discovery across every department in scope, a tools and access review, and a measured baseline for each area.
18 h
Continuous build queue
Workflows built from one shared queue, reprioritized with you every week.
10 h
Run and improve live systems
Monitoring of every live workflow, fixes as they are needed, and a weekly change review with your staff.
6 h
Embedded working time
Daily presence in your team’s channels and standups, so requests are picked up the same day.
Who shows up
Two engineers assigned. They work in your team’s channels every day and hold a standing weekly review with your leadership.
Onboarding
- Kickoff with leadership to set priorities and name the owner on your side.
- An access and security review for every system the team touches, agreed before any build.
- A standing channel with your team and a weekly review slot on both calendars.
The minimum
3-month minimum on the monthly plan.
The 3-month minimum covers onboarding, the first build queue and the first run-and-improve cycle. After it, the team stays embedded month to month.
Where it sits in the range
Step down
Scale Pod runs two workstreams at 30 hours a week, without a standing presence in your team’s channels, and without theft detection or SwarmVPC.

What happens if the AI gives bad results?
Every change passes a weekly review with your staff, and every live workflow is monitored. A wrong result is rolled back first, then fixed in the same week.
Can we cancel?
Yes, once the 3-month minimum has passed. Cancellation takes effect at the next monthly boundary, and the queue and runbooks are handed over at that point.
Who owns the code?
You do. Everything built is delivered to your repositories and accounts as it is built, not held back until the end.
Do you work at our office?
Yes, on request. Embedded engineers can attend on-site standups and workshops, and the schedule is set during onboarding.
