Licensing & IP Retention Clause

VectorOS runs under monthly development retainers directly tied to AI API token burn rates. Post-launch, retainers transition to a flat $2,000/month maintenance retainer covering server upkeep and patch integrations. Legacy integrations (Salesforce Professional Web Services API add-on) are client-responsible ($25-$35 per user/month).

Enterprise Service Licensing Agreement

Under the licensing terms, clients receive a secure, non-exclusive license to run and manage the VectorOS instance in production. All custom integrations, models, and diarization nodes are fully maintained, supported, and updated under the active service agreement.
